First Time Access to Member Area

The first time you go to DJTA website to register for an event, visit the Member Area . Here you will find the logon page. Use the Forgot Password option, to generate a new password if you have never used the site before. On the Password Retrieval page, provide an email address that is registered with DJTA. Any email address provided on the DJTA registration form or an email address where you have been receiving DJTA emails can be used. A temporary password will be sent to this email address. Please wait a few minutes for the email to arrive in your email account. Depending on your email account settings, this email message may be marked as SPAM, JUNK or BULK mail. Please check all mail folders before requesting the password again.

Once you login with the temporary password, you can use the Change Password function. To protect your email account, do not use your email account password as password for DJTA site.

Tournament Registration

Registration for tournaments will require login to the Member Area (available in the menu on the left).

You can register your children for the upcoming tournament in the Member Area as long as registration is OPEN. Registration will be CLOSED after the deadline which is posted shown in the Member Area.

You must inform Tournament Committe members before draws are published about your child's withdrawal in a Tournament. Failure to inform Tournament Committe about withdrawal prior to publishing or no-show at the tournament will result in exclusion from next tournament.

If you know that your child may be busy with other activities during the tennis tournament, do not signup you child for the tennis tournament. You cannot wait for the draws to be published to see if the tournament schedule conflicts with your child's other activities. Once the draws are published, withdrawal/no-show WILL result in exclusion from the next tournament except for very special circumstances like injury or sickness.

Group Coaching Registration

Registration for Group Coaching (except Intersession Group Coaching, which must be done in person) will require login to the Member Area (available in the menu on the left).

In the member page, click on the 'Group Coaching' link in the right-side menu.

If you would like to register your child, Choose 'Yes' in the Register dropdown menu for each child. Then review the day options in the second dropdown menu and choose the days that best suit your child's activities. If you have any special request leave a note in the next field.

Please note that you must make the payment in person at the date and time specified on the Registration page. Failure to make the payment will result in cancellation of the child's registration in Group Coaching.
